Good News for Travellers to Tenerife

British Airways, have this week announced that they will be restarting flights from the UK direct to Tenerife. The service ceased in 2008 with its Franchise Carrier GB Airways, then servicing the route. However from Summer 2013, they will be flying out of Gatwick and later that year they hope to re-introduce the route from Manchester. Tenerife is already serviced by a number of Airlines on a daily basis. The addition of British Airways will further enhance the popularity of this unique Island.

Good News for Los Cristianos Tenerife

Last week saw the arrival of the first Large Passenger Ship to Dock in Los Cristianos for the day. ¨Sea Cloud¨ sailed majestically in to the Port as part of her Transatlantic Cruise, bringing an influx of tourists who were welcomed by local Bar, Restaurant and Shop owners for the day. Further stop overs are already planned for early 2013. In addition The Port Authorities and Local Government are currently in negotiations with the world famous Royal Caribbean Line in the hope that Los Cristianos could be added to their itineries in the not too distant future.
