Fantastic Cafe Bar in Los Cristianos

Situated on a busy walkway which goes down to the beach in Los Cristianos, this double fronted cafe and bar has provided quality home cooked food over many years to both tourists and locals alike. The current owner owns the freehold, but is now seeking to retire which is why we are marketing the Trespaso (lease.) The area has been popular with tourists for many years and continues to be so. The large outside terrace offers seating for up to 30 guests, whilst internally the open plan dining area provides seating for up to a further 30 guests. The Commercial kitchen overlooks the bar and dining areas so the Chef can keep an eye on what is happening, whilst also watching the high volume of footfall traffic passing by each day. On this same level are the usual bathroom facilities for clients and ample storage facilities which is an unusual facility in itself for a business of this size.
The business has been run by the Canarian owner for many years now, but he has always aimed for the British market and has proved successful in doing so. For such an established business in such a popular area we believe the owner is being more than realistic with his asking price. Due mainly to its location we don´t believe this business will be on the market for very long, and would encourage any interested parties to arrange an early viewing through ourselves.

Situated on the busiest frontline walkway in Los Cristianos, this is an excellent opportunity to take advantage of the thousands of tourists and locals who walk past the front of the business everyday. The premises comprises of approximately 100m2 of retail space as well as staff toilets. There are a number of shelves and display units which would be included in this very competitively priced retail outlet. Due mainly to its position, we as the sole Agent would recommend an early viewing as we do not expect this property to be available for very long.

A hugely impressive business which oozes class and style in contemporary surroundings. A lot of thought, imagination and money has gone into this project and the rewards have paid off handsomely. The large open plan lounge and entertainment area is complemented with quality furnishings throughout, with the focal point being the exceptionally well appointed bar which in the evenings is a sight to behold with the atmospheric lighting which has been installed. An excellent designed and fully equipped commercial kitchen provides a mouthwatering menu throughout the day to the many clients who use this venue as a second home during their holidays. Live evening entertainment is provided 7 nights a week and this proves just as popular with the tourists, as well as the many locals who live in the area.

Excellent Investment Opportunity

If you have 40,000 euros sitting in a bank account generating little interest, then perhaps this is an opportunity to turn it into serious cash. This is an investment into an existing business with a guaranteed return of 1,000 a month over a 3 year period, equating to approximately 30% interest over a single year. This is absolutely a No Risk investment as the client base is already in place and the owner will arrange for the preparation of all legal and binding documents to ensure the Investors Interests are safeguarded.

Great Value Supermarket

Situated in a high profile area of San Eugenio, with hundreds of apartments on the door step, this is a fantastic low cost opportunity to own a successful business in the sun. Covering an area of 85m2, this store is equipped to cope with the local demand of daily groceries from both tourists and locals alike. The current owner has been running it with his wife for the last four years and is now looking to move on. This would be a fantastic chance for a British couple to make their mark and introduce some everyday British products to the shelves to cater for the holiday and residential trade. A little TLC or a 60 minute makeover is all that is required !!
For the asking price we believe this represents excellent value for money. A great little business, in a great location with scope for improvement...just about says it all.

How to Improve Your English!

SPANISH pupils from the 3rd year of Los Cardones Secondary School, near San Isidro, recently enjoyed a practical exercise in English conversation with a difference. It took place at Amarilla Golf, and the idea was for students to conduct interviews with the English-speaking club members who had just finished their rounds in a competition specially organised for that day. In addition to the interviews, the students were given an introductory golf clinic in both English and Spanish by local professional Javier Toll. They were also shown around the course by bilingual coursemarshallJose Lorenzo, and the students then had to write a full report on the day – in English! The visit was co-ordinated by the school’s English teacher, Selene Fuentes, and English conversation assistant David Britton, who is a member of the golf club. A trophy awarded for the best English report went to Barbara Rachel Garcia and Jennifer Alma Torres. Club Captain Ian Sharp attended the school to make the presentation in front of the girls’ fellow students during their Canarian Day celebrations.
